Comme université bilingue, l’Université d’Ottawa a un Conseil des services et programmes en français qui a pour mandat de favoriser l’épanouissement de la communauté universitaire dans les deux langues officielles. Une des ressources qu’ils offrent est l’habileté de déposer des plaintes linguistiques.
